Egg Mousse On Crust
Bring breakfast to the dinner table, egg mousse on crust is a delicious adaptation of eggs on toast!
Method:
1. Use a 2-inch fluted cutter to cut 20 pieces of tart base from the pizza base
2. Bake in pre-heated oven at 200۫C for about 15 minutes or until golden brown, leave to cool.
3. Mix all egg mousse ingredients till well blended.
4. Scoop 1 tablespoon full of filling onto each piece of baked tart base.
5. Garnish with some paprika and parsley flakes before serving.
