Grilled Chicken Toast
Serves: 4
Instructions:
1. Toast the wholemeal bread on a hot pan.
2. Air-fry the kale till crispy.
3. Mash the avocado with a fork and add in the chopped tomatoes, hot pepper sauce & lime.
4. Grill the chicken fillet on a hot pan and season it with cumin.
5. Layer the following onto the toasted bread:
o Spread the avocado mixture
o Chicken fillet
o Kale
