Poached Eggs On Toast

Poached eggs are tricky little things that taste so good! Here are some tips to make the perfect eggs every time!

Tips:

1. Stir the water in one direction until it creates a whirlpool before dropping your egg into the middle. This prevents the egg from spreading out.

2. Use a gentle simmer to prevent the egg from breaking apart.

3. Keep your cooking time to four to four and a half minute to get the perfect runny yolks.

4. Use fresh egg as they hold together better than older eggs.
